 God is Willing to Guide You
What is most important to remember is that God (possibly through wise Christian friends and through prayer) is willing to guide you on your pilgrimage. This includes wise guidance to you about your service to others.
It is possible to look at the vastness of needs in the world and to say, “I give up, Just too much for me.”

Another unwise reaction is to say to God, “This is just so important I will try to do it all.”

A better reaction is to ask God, “Lord, how and where do you want me to join in?”
